In 1948, J. P. and Marie Butler opened the first of our lighting showrooms in the small rural town of Whiteville, North Carolina. Their business philosophy grew out of the warm and welcoming sense of southern hospitality for which the South is so well known.

More than 60 years later, Butler Lighting has expanded to include several locations across
The Carolinas.
