Advanced Renovations, Inc. is an award winning Design-Build remodeling firm serving the Charlotte, Lake Norman and surrounding areas. Since 1987, Duane Johns and Roger Ketchum have dedicated themselves to providing homeowners, designers and architects with outstanding service, exceptional project management and quality craftsmanship.

As Charlotte remodelers and builders, the interest of our clients remain our most important consideration throughout the entire project. Our ability to execute the design, deal with the challenges of remodeling and keep the project within budget have gained the respect of homeowners, architects and designers.

Our employees have been trained to be at the cutting edge of the remodeling industry. We have several employees with NARI-CR (Certified Remodeler) and CLC (Certified Lead Carpenter) status. Actively involved in the Green Building movement, we are members of the Lake Norman Green Building Council. Our involvement extends to the local trade organizations, where Duane serves on the Board of Directors of the Lake Norman Home Builder's Association as well as the Lake Norman Remodelers Council. He has previously served on the Board of NARI for the Greater Charlotte Area.
